Billing and Insurance
Dr. Doak is not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. Clients will receive a Superbill. They are then able to receive reimbursement directly from their insurance. Clients are billed $175.00 per hour for each counseling session and payment is expected at the end of each session.
Forensic services are billed at $250.00 per hour and a retainer must be paid prior to the beginning of services.
